Through the electronic gates to the secure Car Park- There is a key pad pedestrian gate.
Walk down the few stairs or use the sweeping access ramp to your own front door
Entrance hall with useful walk in cupboard- here you will find all the bedding and towels for the sofa bed, an ironing board, iron, airer etc.....and have somewhere to store your bags

Walk through to the spacious living area ...and be mesmerised by the un-interrupted view across Mounts Bay, encompassing St Michaels Mount, The Lizard in the distance, Penzance Harbour, the bay busy with boats of all shapes and sizes

Step out through the french door to a small patio and garden with wrought iron table and chairs- overlooking that ever changing and wonderful view

The living area has a three seater black leather sofa (which converts to a double bed), black leather reclining chair and foot stool, flat screen TV/ DVD player and selection of DVD's and books, small audio system, occasional tables, recessed spotlights and side lights

The kitchen/ dining area has table and chairs, breakfast bar and stools and is equipped with a fridge, washer, dishwasher, microwave, built in gas hob and electric oven

Bedroom has a king size bed (can be arranged as twin as required) with ample wardrobe and drawer space- hairdryer and bedside tables and lights

Bathroom is spacious with extractor fan, shaver point and electric shower with glass screen over the bath
