This newly available self contained apartment covers the second floor of Higher Botrea Farm - originally the Counting House for the Balswidden Mine and as such has far reaching 360 degree views. Bring your boat, windsurfer, wet suits, bikes, horse (grazing available), walking boots- plenty of room for all
Located half a mile along a Bridleway off the A3071, mid way between St Just and Penzance

Access to your apartment is from a flight of outside stairs to your front door and then carpeted stairs to the living area. This is a wonderfully light room with 3 windows with far reaching views across farm and moorland to the sea – Cape Cornwall to St Ives and Lamorna to Lands End. The English Oak floor is complemented by two comfortable sofas (one of which can be converted to a bed), a dining table and chairs and a rocking chair.
